ABOUT THE INSPECTIONS
The inspection will take approximately about 2 ½ to 3 hours to perform. We will start on the inside of the home, looking for all areas of the home from the ground to the attic. We will check all Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Building components of the home.
If the appliances are installed, we will check to ensure that they are in good working order. Once the inside is complete, we will start the outside inspection of the process. There, we will check from the foundation to the roof for any damage to the building materials.
Once this is complete, we will do a final check the crawlspace and the inspection will be completed. Our completely detailed report will be taken back to the office and officially organized for the customer. You will have the report sent to you within 48 hours via fax and/or email.
